As we all know, life can be hectic. Our daily schedule seems to be always full, with no room to include the stress of knowing we might have unwanted guests in our home. Or perhaps we own a business, well that alone can be stressful as well.
The Garfield Pest Control professional team, with their personalized approach and advanced technology, can keep your property pest-free without stress. We always take a pro-active and environmentally safe approach toward all pest issues.
Because these un-invited guests can make our properties their homes in no time at all, we are happy to offer pest control plans. We know that as we all have different lifestyles and our needs are different, our pest plans need to be set up uniquely for each situation.

What We Offer
- ANNUAL PLAN - As these plans are definately beneficial, it is highly recommended to have pest control treatments done each season or every two to three months.
- QUARTERLY PLAN - The plan starts with an initial inspection and treatment followed by visits at three-month intervals. A total of four services per year. This is the most popular because it provides treatment for each season, spring, summer, fall and winter.
- TRI-ANNUAL PLAN - The plan provides three pest control services per year.
- SEMI-ANNUAL PLAN - The plan provides two pest control services per year.
- MONTHLY PLAN - The plan provides services every month.
Service pricing is based upon the work that is required and the area to be treated. This makes it very difficult to provide pricing until we perform our Free Inspection and know the details of the job. When we know that, we will provide a Free Estimate.

Our Process
At Garfield Pest Control, we use “Precision Micro Application” to treat insects in hard-to-reach areas, such as walls, floor, ceiling and other voids when necessary.
“Double Band Exterior Perimeter Treatment,” applied during spring and summer months which consists of:
- Residual material under the edge of exterior siding.
- A long-lasting micro-encapsulation spray is applied to the exterior perimeter in specific areas pests will travel and harbor.
The materials used are EPA registered and safe around people, plants, and animals (when used following the label instructions). They are long-lasting and have little if any odor.
In Our Experience
First-time treatments done in combination for more than one pest will save money since we can treat everything at once. Additional pest problems done at the same time are an extra cost.
Customers on service plans are entitled to extra service at no charge between scheduled services and according to the service schedule.
We strongly recommend that any customer with carpenter ants be on a quarterly service plan until all the ants’ signs are gone!
This treatment plan is ultimately successful due to the residual effects of the materials remaining fresh and therefore active if applied regularly.
We emphasize the importance of treating strategic areas in the home to control carpenter ants, such as water condensation areas where ants forage to obtain water droplets to bring back to the nest.
Some of these areas are kitchen sink closets, where pipes go through floors or walls, bathroom shower, pipe partitions, under bathtubs, toilet bowls and feed pipes—any area where water may have formerly or recently leaked into.
